Originally built in 1887 as a steam plant, has for nearly a decade now, been the place for families and groups to host events and build memories.

The facility is available to rent 24 hours a day, 365 day a year, and comes equipped with an accessibility ramp, tables, chairs, a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, prep area, and a restroom. Set at a 64 person capacity, the space is ideal for parties, receptions, company dinners, award ceremonies, holiday events, small craft and vendor fairs, group lectures, art classes, anniversary parties, small weddings, reunions, and open-house graduations.
